Every 3rd Sunday of the month, join as us black womxn from anywhere commune to use the power of breathwork to deepen our inhales, release stagnant energy, stress and anxiety and make space for our expansion.

Gather with us on Sunday, March 17th 6pm-7:30pm EST in the comfort of your home for a restorative evening with our sisterhood. Recordings sent after session-end for those unable to make it live.

We’re focusing on healing our relationship with money and creating a more balanced exchange in our lives with this tool using the power of breathwork.

It’s no secret black womxn are over-givers and under-receivers. top on the fact that we’re charging less than our peers for our services and are getting underpaid in our roles — it’s time to address the limiting beliefs and blockages passed down to us and level up!

How does the way you view money impact: The way you charge for your services and time? How you view making investments in yourself and in others? How you honor other people’s money boundaries and worth?

Our founder, Jasmine Marie, though currently a full-time breathwork healer and mindfulness practitioner, held past lives as a Unilever global brand marketer and entrepreneur of two creative consultancies (with her last venture targeting Fortune 500 companies).

She’ll be meshing in the powerful tool of breathwork with all of her learnings of standing her ground and encouraging black womxn to take up more space, hold firm boundaries on their worth and navigating the in-between time of saying “no” to opportunities that don’t fit the bill and waiting for those that do.

flow of the virtual breathwork circle:

- 1st 30 minutes: reflection and guided discussion of monthly theme

- breathe for 45 minutes: 35 minutes of active breathing, 10 minutes of rest

- last 15 minutes: questions + remarks / close of circle

Sessions are guided by Jasmine Marie, a trained breathworker and mindfulness practitioner.
