Fostering a community of like-minded and like-spirited black sisterhood committed to their healing and expansion as a necessary act of resistance in today’s world through meditational breathwork.
The virtual breathwork circle is a perfect solution for those managing active lifestyles as you can be guided through a meditational session in the comfort of your home and on your own time as sessions are recorded and sent via e-mail after ending (if you could not make it in real time). all you need is your computer, wifi, and the openness to breathe. 1st 30 minutes: reflection and guided discussion of monthly theme
breathe for 45 minutes: 35 minutes of active breathing, 10 minutes of rest
last 15 minutes: questions + remarks / close of circle
